I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Smart Tank 7301 not printing yellow, there are a few steps you can take to try to resolve the issue:
 

Check Ink Levels: Make sure the yellow ink tank has sufficient ink. If the ink level is low, refill it according to the instructions in your printer's manual.
 

Run a Printhead Cleaning Cycle:

• On the printer’s control panel, go to Settings > Maintenance > Clean Printhead.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the cleaning process, which can help clear any clogs in the printhead.

Print a Test Page:

• After cleaning the printhead, print a test page to see if the yellow ink appears.
• Go to Settings > Reports > Print Quality Report to print a quality report that will show the yellow ink's output.

Check for Ink Flow Issues:

• Sometimes, air bubbles can block the ink flow. If you recently refilled the yellow tank, check for bubbles by gently tilting the printer side to side.
• Make sure there is no gap in the ink line between the yellow ink tank and the printhead.

Align the Printhead:

• Misalignment can cause colors to print incorrectly. Go to Settings > Maintenance > Align Printhead and follow the prompts.

Update Printer Firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer
