HP Recommended

My printer HP Smart Tank 7602 displays "checking Ink Levels" and just keeps spinning.  I removed, cleaned and reinserted the printheads including flushing and the pipes.  The pipe for black ink seems to keep filling with air.  I am trying to do a reset but can't get beyond the "Partial Reset" screen touching any of the buttons on the screen "Prev", "OK", or "Next".  Not able to find the next step to move forward.  Any suggestions?
