my black cartridge status  under missing even I already replaced with new original hp 680 black...i had performed the reset and hard reset , pull wall plug and wait 30 second as per youtube  but the printer still blinking the black status. i even use cloth to clean the brass contact both the printer and cartridge. The color cartridge is ok and able to print....pls can you advice what wrong here? tq

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
