Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer
i got a used HP officejet pro 8710 and bought this cartridge set and exchanged it(Not HP brand).
then test page looks like this.
What's wrong with it?
It seems like the black ink can't come out.
Moreover the test page printed less than 15 pages and the CYM color ink is almost gone.
Is this correct?
I did try any test methods at HP resource site or Virtual assistant.
However, i can't find a way to solve it.
I just would like to know should i just dump it or buy a new one instead of trying to buy new cartridge or printhead.
thanks all professional guys or gals to guide me a right way, thanks a lot.
