I had my first delivery today of the HP ink cartridges and they are far to big to fit my Printer how do I return and let the senders know the actual size its a HP ENVEY PHOTO 6234  old I know but apart from the ink running out its working great

I understand that you are facing issues with the wrong ink cartridges. 

 

To get the replacement, we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers who should be able to sort this out. 

 

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
