HP DeskJet 3752 All-in-One Printer

Just changed ink cartridges.  Printer shows ink levels are full.  Printer is going through printing motions but paper is blank.  What is going on with printer.  No error messages.

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve cartridges not printing on your Deskjet 3752 printer.  Be sure to check the protective tape has been removed from the nozzles as shown in step 3.6.

If the first five steps do not resolve the issue I would suggest the following:  remove the cartridges and gently blot the printhead (the bottom part of the cartridge) against a damp tissue.  A good black cartridge should show a strong blot of black ink, the color cartridge should show a strong blot of cyan, magenta, and yellow.  If the cartridges do not show strong blots of color and black then do the following:  get two coffee cups.  Put about 1" of very hot (but not boiling) water in each.  Place each cartridge in a separate cup with the printhead facing downward, as the cartridges would be when installed in the printer.  Let the cartridge soak for fifteen minutes, then remove the cartridge and dry the electrical contacts with a lint-free wipe.  A clean coffee filter works well for this.  Put the cartridges back in the printer and run up to three cleaning cycles on the printer.
