HP Recommended

HP Envy 4500 printer. Installed new 61xl tri color and 61xl  black ink cartridges. Label on the inside of printer states to use HP Ink Cartridge 61. Error message states: "Incompatible Cartridge(s). The indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer."  The 61 ink cartridge ALWAYS worked before. HELP!

I see that you are facing cartridge issues.

 

To isolate the issue, I would request you to elaborate the defect you are referring to.
