Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

If the cartridge access dooor is jammed and if you are not able to open it.

 

Check if there is paper or any other material jamming the door and clear it.

Try to open the door by applying a little force. If the issue still persists, you will have to get in touch with the HP phone support to assist you further with the replacement printer depending on the warranty on your printer.
