ink accumulating inside printer case

Ink is accumulating at the right front corner of my HP OfficeJet 6958 All-in-One Printer case and directly underneath the place where the ink cartridges park when not in use.  I suspect this accumulation comes from all the gyrations the printer does when it does its own maintenance.  

It is not leaking out of the case yet but it may soon.  I need some advice on how to clean up the ink including solvent to use and disassembly instructions.

I understand that ink is accumulating inside the printer.

I request you to talk to HP support, this might require one on one interaction to fix the issue.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
2. Select the country.
3. Enter the serial of your device.
4. Select the country from the drop-down.
5. Click on "Show Options".
6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
