recently i have changed the black cartridge on my printer, and the printer seem's to don't sense the level of fulliness of the cartridge. In fact, the cartridge is new (so full), and the printer says that the cartridge is empty.
This kind of bug never occurs before, so I don't understand how to fix the problem. Do someone has some idea? (thanks in advance)

I see that the printer is in an error state, this could be an issue with the printer or the ink system. I'd suggest you follow the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge to isolate and resolve the issue.
Also, Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Try printing.
