Product: Hp DeskJet 2732
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

so I have an Hp Deskjet 2732 so apparently I cant use the cartridges that were sent from hp I keep getting error this error message sayin my cartridge is incompatible pleaes help what can  do

If you insert your old ink, do you still get the error message?
