Bought brand new HP cartridges from walmart. Warranty expires June 2027. Size 962. The problem cartridge is the Cyan cartridge. Getting the error "there is a problem with the supply system. Try replacing the affected cartridge with a different, non-empty cartridge. If Message reappears again, record message, and contact support." These are brand new cartridges full of ink. I would like to get replacement cartridges or fix the issue.

Hi @ArborVision,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I understand that you see an error message that there is a problem with the supply system even after installing new HP cartridge on your printer and also the warranty expires in the month of June 2027.

I would request you to perform the troubleshooting step shared in the Link ; https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/ish_1740122-1449154-16  which should resolve the issue.

I would request you please share me the model Name of the printer.

Hope this helps, Please revert if the issue persists.

Take care and have an amazing day!
