Try these steps:

 

Ensure Ink is Filled Properly: Make sure you've filled the correct tanks with the right ink color. Check if the ink flow tubes are clear and free of air bubbles.

 

Clean the Ink Sensor: Open the printer's ink tank compartment. Locate the ink level sensor (usually at the bottom of the tank) and gently clean it with a dry, lint-free cloth.

 

Check for Clogged Ink Lines: Print a Nozzle Check or Print Quality Report from the printer menu. If the ink flow is blocked, run a printhead cleaning cycle from the printer settings.
