Hi. I got this computer almost new. works great except the color cartridge doesn't work at all the Black is very sketchy. Ran all the cleaning and alignments procedures. Both cartridges are barely new. Never owned an HP printer. Is this typical for the printer? I will buy new ink and try if this is not an ongoing issue of it not recognizing cartridges. Thanks for your advice.
