An ink shipment was sent but I did not receive it, the Canada Post link does not work and I tried for 3 days to  talk to a person to get the issue resolved. Virtual agent was in a loop, no one answers the phone. Is there an email address I can use to contact customer support as phones and online help do not work?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Have you purchased a new ink cartridge from HP online store?
  • Are you referring to the HP instant ink subscription?

I have the same issue with a new printer. The tracking links don’t work - even when an agent says they are expediting ink to you. Their system is either broken or they have a backlog on ink - either way doesn’t solve the problem we can’t print !!

 

impossible to get HP to do anything about this as you see it’s an endless loop.
