Product: hp 3700
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

i inserted the black cartridge after some struggle.,   Now the color cartridge wont "click"   I cant find a way they are supposed to fit in the cartridge holder.    My old printer the holder dropped down so you could see how it fit in.   This printer HP3700  you just gently push it in .   I have trioed time and tiome again wioth no luck.

Hi,

You should just gently push it with the cartridge label facing up, please follow below video to ensure you install the cartridge in the correct orientation and direction:
