May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
Meanwhile, 83x is not a compatible toner for the printer HP Color LaserJet Pro M255dw but is compatible with HP LaserJet Pro MFP M225
Toner cartridge information for HP Color LaserJet Pro M255dw and M255nw printers.
