FerRx,

   I played the video to understand whether I had installed the cartridges as it described. Yes I had! 

But...

I had put one of the cartridges in the wrong slot.
   I wanted to correct the error, but the printer would not let me open the cartridge door.
Do you know what I need to do so the printer will allow me to open the cartridge door?

1. For openning the cartridge door please follow next steps:
