Product: HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

i got an email saying my first instant ink cartridge will be mailed soon. However, the website says I don't need ink. I cannot contact HP (they don't send the link and it's impossible to get to a human). My printer is out of warranty.  How can I find out why they are sending me ink?

Why bother, you will get a free ink you can install when needed. When your ink cartridge gets empty you have a spare ink at your hand, that is the purpose of Instant ink subscription.
