intermittent excellent quality then extra poor quality. THIS time i tried different papers, even though ink levels showed good I put in new ink, these are the results. my husband ended up having to print my papers on his rinky dink gargage printer printed on  matte card type paperprinted on matte card type paperprinted on matte  type cardprinted on matte type cardprinted on gloss cardprinted on gloss cardprinted on reg letter paperprinted on reg letter paper

I understand the print quality is poor.

  • To assist you better, what model printer are you using?
  • Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.
  • Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
