Product: Dell inspiron 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
intermittent excellent quality then extra poor quality. THIS time i tried different papers, even though ink levels showed good I put in new ink, these are the results. my husband ended up having to print my papers on his rinky dink gargage printer printed on matte card type paper

@badkittyts, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand the print quality is poor.
- To assist you better, what model printer are you using?
- Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.
- Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
