Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are looking for information related to printhead on your Printer.
Unfortunately, the printer model you own does not have a removable printhead and only the ink cartridges can be replaced when they are low on ink.
However, you can clean the printhead by click on this link and let me know if that resolves the issue.

Thanks, but that did not work. And the App actually shows as a new cartridge.
I am reluctant to buy another cartridge and find again that I still have the problem.
Is there something I can do manually to the cartridge that might help?

Hello, again. I so see this on the support site 9guess it is a known problem for EBNVY 78xx?
[I cannot seem to find the screen again where I saw the 'new cartridges installed successfully.
