Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7220e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

is anyone else having problems with envy inspire printer? mine is a nightmare, it will not accept the cartridges, tells me it's not connected to the net when it is, a paper jam when there isn't and when it did print, suddenly had no cartridges,  although they were sat in the printer, correctly installed. threw out a few pages in sludge grey, have run out of ink, as it tells me to replace the cartridge it won't accept, still waiting for help from hp help centre, 5hours so far very disillusion with hp's customer care
