Product: HP DeskJet Plus 4155 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, my neighbor just gave me her printer, warranty has already expired. I went to Target to purchase both ink cartridges, number 67 black and color. My problem is the printer keeps asking for setup cartridges. I have no idea why its not accepting the new cartridges i purchased if its the one that correspond. Has anyone experianced the same issue, please advise me as to what to do. Thanks in advance.

I got envy6052 and after 2 tricolor 67 xl  or 1 year it has Error for “Cartridge problem” and after cleaning contacts and buying another cartridge will not accept the tricolor but works with black???
