it wants me to allign the ink cartridges wich i then do and it then says do it again over and over

the error message of  scanner failure keeps coming up and then it says to allign the printer cartridges wich i do and then over and over it says to do it again and im stuck in a loop  of one error or the other

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Officejet 6110 All-in-One Printer.  error message of scanner failure Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

Let's try resetting the printer and check once

1) Take out the cartridges.  

2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.  

3) Wait for 30 seconds.   

4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not into a surge protector.  

5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
