Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Ho lanciato sia la stampa a colori che in bianco e nero. In entrambi i casi la stampante stampa in giallo e da segnale di errore. Pensando che fossero terminate le cartucce sono andata a controllare con l'app HP e risultano non ancora da sostituire. Cosa posso fare per risolvere il problema? L'ultima stampa è stata fatta qualche settimana fa ed era tutto regolare.
