Hello,
I have problems with my black and white laser printer since I inserted an ink cartridge that stained the foam transfer roller. I tried to clean this roller, but now when I print, there are repeating vertical defects every 76 mm. The transfer roller seems to be stained with ink and I don’t know how to clean it. Do you have any ideas?

The drum ( toner) circumference is 76mm, transfer roller has way smaller circumference and would leave way smaller repeating marks on the back side.
Drum leaves marks on front side, transfer on back side of the printed sheet.

Hi Valsimot,
I changed the toner cartridge several times but there are line repetitions appearing in the background every 76 mm. That is why I concluded that it was coming from the transfer roller more than from the drum of the ink cartridge. But maybe you are right. I will try to change the ink cartridge again.
