Then also check the toner levels. Print an accessory status page.

Thank you for replying to my post. Actually it's not about poor quality, but bad quality of printing just when printing in black. In color the copying and printing result is perfect, while in black the printed text is re-printed faded on the low part of the page. I 've tried to find an automated printhead cleaning, but with no result.

OK, I understand,
download the manual and search for "supplies information report".

Print it once, scan it and upload here, click on the icon "Insert photos", "Set format = Large", original size.

I suspect a defective black toner cartridge!
