Product: HP LaserJet Tank 2504dw Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi bought printer worked for 2 weeks went off line and could not connect to the internet

Hp told me to download new driver

I did that and it finally connected but now the printer only prints light can hardly read it

it is programmed to print normal not the eco smart

this is going on 3 months.

hp wanted to remote my computer but office wont allow
