hello,
i am on instant ink and i am having a strange problem of magenta ink printing over everything else from about a third of the page to the bottom.
its a 2630 inkjet printer and it is when i have printed documents from Android, PC and Mac - so i dont believe it is software.
i have went through all the built in diagnostic tools, cleaning smears and print heads, multiple times - burning through my page allowance. I believe it is a cartridge issue but have no spares as i am on instant ink, with about half full.
Any solutions would be greatly appreciated

Kindly check inside the printer if there is any ink spillage. Clean the paper rollers too.
As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
