I am on HP Instant Ink program ... when I first signed up, was getting ink cartridges from HP. Then received in cartridges from Staples, and they were made in Malaysia. Cartridges did not work. Staples is about 5 minutes from my house, but I do not want ink cartridges from Staples ... they are notoriously faulty ... just received new ink cartridges, and of course, they came from Staples, and made in Malaysia. I am scared to even put them in ... can I send them back and get cartridges shipped to me from someplace other than Malaysia ?? Trying to get a human to talk to at HP is impossible. Keep getting routed all over the place then they finally just hang up. Can somebody please help ?? !! thanks

Other places may NOT stock inks for Malaysia at all. You have to use inks for your region/country, with proper code.

Thank you for your response ... I may have not worded my question correctly ... I am on instant ink. HP sends me the ink, I don't go buy it. HP sent me the ink. When I received it, it came from Staples. Staples stocks the Malaysian ink, which never works. How can I resolve this with HP?
