I have replaced cartridges and installed a new printhead with no success!

Please read this post then provide some details.  What printer model? What operating system? How is the printer connected - USB, wired LAN, Wireless LAN, bluetooth? What exactly is the error message on the printer or computer screen?

 

Are the cartridges and printhead from HP or third party?
