Product: HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer

Hello, I have no way of getting to speak to anyone at HP and this is the only way I am able to get any help.  My printer has stopped printing in color.  I tried changing the cartridge even though I know the cartridge was fine.  I have no idea what happened.  Any one help?
