I have an ENVY 4520 printer that was printing in color last week, but no longer works correctly.  I have restarted both the computer and the printer.  I have checked all of the color settings, and replaced the ink cartridges.  Why will my printer not work right anymore?  

The serial number I entered is not accepted on the page to add my device.  Serial No:  [Personal Information Removed]
