no errors, no messages, just stop printing on cyan, any other color will. my laser jet is about 2 years old and I have replacing the tonners every 6 months .

Have you tried another cyan cartridge? Usually a single color not working is going to be a cartridge issue or a bad contact. If you have not removed cartridges just before the problem started then likely it is a cartridge and not the contacts.

The cartridge is printing a lot of magenta colors though??

thanks for the help, the cartridge was recently changed and was in use, then the color issues started when printing color specifically blue or anything with cyan color involved, right now when I print the supplies status report it shows me cyan with 80%.  black 80%, magenta 80%, yellow 100%, all the color bar shows except the cyan it's in blank space, nothing in there.

The cyan toner appears to come and go as the bottom line on  the second sample page seems to show cyan across the page. I still believe that the cyan cartridge has a problem that keeps the toner from flowing properly.
