Product: officejet pro 8030
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have a fairly new officejet pro 8030, just out of warranty. it early did badly (streaky) in magenta, now does not print cyan at all. changed catridges. i have the instant ink plan, with new cartridges.

@KyleTMJohn, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand the printer is not printing in Cyan.

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

Clean the printhead up to 2 times and print a test page to check the result.

 

If the issue persists even after replacing the ink cartridge, I'm afraid the issue is with the printhead. 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
