Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My OfficejetPro 6830 will not print the color blue. I have completed a Level 3 cleaning and and a Print Quality Diagnostic and still it will not print the color Blue. and yes I have replaced the cartridges twice(2) different new cartridges...

Hello @Don471 .
Please update the printer firmware:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/ojp6830/2050/OJP6830_2050B.exe

 

  2. Run HPPSdr.exe from the download location on your computer.
  3. Once HP Print and Scan Doctor is open, click Start, and then choose your printer.
    • If your printer is not listed, turn it on and click Retry.
    • If there is a connection problem, follow the instructions in the tool.
  4. Click Fix Printing.
