Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8139e All-in-One Printer

I have had the most trouble with placing in the cartridges. It is horrible.  I would not get this product again. 

 

I am seriously thinking of getting a whole new printer...  I got the cartridges. then there is this thing

 

that has to take away something.   I need to print and it is impossible to get the cartridges into the printer.

 

It was  A BIG mistake getting this printer.       Can you send me cartridges that I do not need to open up.!!!
