Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

The toner cartridge is stuck in the printer.  This happens every time I add toner to the printer

@valerie2367, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I see that you are not able to use the printer as the toner is stuck. 

 

Make sure the toner is properly placed. Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Reloading Toner

You may also watch this video for a better understanding.

To remove any jams inside the printer, refer to this document.
