Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i installed a brand new hp officejet 3830, and when i print it prints everything with a hue of green overcast? this is the 3rd printer with this issue. My other printers were a different brand. I upgraded and paid extra for this printer in trying to solve this issue.  I have come to the conclusion that it must be a setting in my pc, but i can not find it? please help
