Hi,
I have a photosmart B209a-m printer that I have purchased HP 364XL cartridges from Germany where I live now, unfortunately I get incompatibility error after installing the cartridges, although it should be compatible with my printer. After some online search I have figured it out that this cartridge model is not compatible with the Asia pacific and America version and the 564 cartridge is only supported.
Is there any way to use 364 cartridge model on my printer?
By googling I have read somewhere that by some kind of resetting or firmware update I would be able to get rid of the regional limit.
Would you please help me in this regard?
Thank you in advance.

@Afarjam, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I'm afraid the region reset cannot be performed on this model printer as it does not have a HP printer driver available.
If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.
