Hi there,
I recently ordered the new ink 61 for Officejet 4635 printer, after installed the cartridge(s) inside the printer, and restarted the printer, the screen stuck at :
"
Ink Cartridge(s) problem
The following Ink Cartridge(s) must be replaced.
"
this is not acceptable!!!!
the two cartridges are newly ordered from www.hp.com, how come HP's cartridges not accepted by HP's printer ? Are you kidding ?
I have tried the manufacture mode reset (slip over quickly on Home , Return, Cancel three buttons several times to enter the manufacture mode menu) , I reset everything, but the printer just can not enter into normal user mode.
Please help on this.
How can I make the printer recognize the new cartridges ?
Thanks
Hongwei

@liu_hongwei, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand you are not able to print due to this error with the ink cartridges. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
Make sure the plastic tape if any, is removed from the new ink cartridge before placing it in the printer.
If the error persists, install the old ink cartridges and check for the error. Bu this, we can conclude if the new ink cartridges are defective.
In this case, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the replacement options for your printer.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
