Product: HP LaserJet Pro M402n

HP LaserJet Pro M402n : I clicked on the ok button to enter the Main Menu, clicked ok, and entered Setup. Clicked the right arrow mark several times to reach Printer Maintenance but Printer Maintenance did not show up. I wanted to reach Update Firmware and delete firmware updates.

Also, I am now getting a message "Insert the rear USB drive with at least 16GB available" and wants to print out directions for inserting the USB.   Such a mess!!

Maybe I should reinstall the printer?
