officejet 3830 Region Change

I purchased an Office jet 3830 in Hong Hong a few years ago I recently moved to Europe which requires a different cartridge reference.

How do I change the region so that I can use the cartridge available in Western Europe

I understand you moved, and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.

NOTE: regional reset is attempted on a best effort basis, it might not work on all printers. 

If this does not work, we cannot re-attempt it as it may brick the printer.

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
