For anybody who responds, Windows 7 is wrong, it's an iMac version OS 10.8.2  (the latest version).

When I press "file" and "print" and "presets", all it refers to is the type of paper and the quality of print desired.

Hi max3,

What is the application program you are attempting to print from?

The Page order is not listed under the Presets it is below the preset option. Refer to screenshots below.

OK, I see what you're saying concerning when I'm using Word.  I haven't been saying exactly what I trying to figure-out.

With my previous either computer or printer ORrrrrr Version of the OS, . . . . maybe the latter.  I had it so everything would print last-to-first.  It applied to all software, so it must have been done at the printer-level.  Anyway, it used to do all printouts last-to-first.  How do I do that?

Hi max3,

I don't recall that there is a preset were you can have all the applications print from last to first without going into the layout and selecting this option. I will check to see if there is an option to set a preset for layout in the driver.

My HP 8600 is great, but it prints in reverse order.  I have a MacBook Pro (Apple).  How do I correct the problem?  Thanks

You can set the page order by clicking on print, in the middle of the bottom half of the screen is "Page Order", and mine is set to automatic.  In almost all cases in prints last page first.

I found it;  thanks

It makes no difference Front to Back or Back to Front. It still prints the first page first.

I don't have page layout as an option. I have gone to every printer setting possible and can't find anything 😞
