Officejet pro 8025 would not print nor copy -- showed event code 71.02A.
Followed initial online instructions to reset (unplug from wall socket and printer while printer is on/wait/then replug wall socket and printer) several times while . Failure.
Found more detailed "fix" on line including instruction to remove and reinsert the ink cartridges.
However, at start up the ink assembly moves to center -- then moves to the far right and stops. The structure of the printer has a cover over the assembly at far right, so it appears the cartridges canot be removed.
Question: How to either stop the ink assembly in the center at start up or how to move the assembly after start up to the center of the printer in order to complete the "fix" instructions to remove the ink.
Folks, this is my elder sister's printer -- which I have brought to my home to pursue a fix. Connecting her printer to my computer is not an option. So, for today, we are hoping to achieve success on the copy function.
Thank you.

Hi@icky12,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Officejet Pro All-In-One Printer.
I have a few recommendations
- Please check that all trays and doors are seated properly.
- Please check that there is no paper jammed in the printer and that the cartridges move when printing.
- Uninstall printer and reinstall via USB
- Uninstall printer, reinstall via Wi-Fi, power cycle.
- Please click on this link to move Ink assembly.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
