HP Officejet Pro 8615 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

officejet pro 8615 not working after requested ink cartridge replacement. Started out with claiming the pink color out. Replaced the cartridge by a brand new one of same brand. Still didn't work. So replaced all other 3 cartridges aswell. Now it recognized  the cartridges to be filled. But then stopped again working with the error message printer error, problems with the printer (sorry, that's my translation from German). The printer doesn't present any menu and doesn't allow even actions like scanning, which definitlely don't require any print. Cleaning of the head or using the awkward reset procedure didn't help either.
