i have cleaned and aligned my printer but it is still skipping some lines or only printing the top half of others. Please help! Thanks

I had the same problem today - I've run "clean cartridges" at least 4-5 times.  Also removed the cartridges and cleaned the contacts several times as well.  Printing improved somewhat but not to the point where everything is readable or complete.  Help! I'll have tax documents to print out!  TIA!
