Hi there, I have printer hp deskjet 1510 all in one
I am from Egypt and the printer comes with 61 ink cartridges which aren't available in my country However there is no available 61 ink cartridges in Egypt and I read through hp website printer specifications saying that 122 ink cartridges can work instead of 61 I purchased 122XL ink cartridge but my printer can't recognize it and gives warning : old generation ink installed.
and i find my issue is "Moving to Another Country/Region" as described on this link HP Printers - Finding Ink Cartridges after Moving to Another Country/Region | HP® Customer Support
but i can't contact support only available solution is this community. so how i can get the reset instructions specified for my printer.
Can any one help?
My printer name: Deskjet 1510 All-in-One Printer series (B2L56A)

@AhmadMohamed, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you are not able to use the ink cartridges. Are the printer and the ink cartridges bought in Egypt?
Or, was any one of them bought in a different country?
Keep me posted for further assistance.

@AhmadMohamed
This model printer uses HP 122 ink cartridges in Egypt and HP 61 ink cartridges in the North America and Asia Pacific regions.
We can try to perform a region reset to resolve this issue. The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Keep me posted.
