Suddenly, the Cyan has stopped printing and only does a streak here and there if at all. There is also blue at the bottom of the other colors (see attached photo). I have replaced the cartridge with a new HP one from them. It still does not print correctly. I have done ALL of the suggestions: clean print heads (multiple times!) , turn off and turn back on, unplug and plug back in....STILL does not print. Any suggestions?????

Please update the printer firmware:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/ojp8600n911_2011A/OJP8600_N911a_2011A.exe
- Windows: Download HP Print and Scan Doctor.
- Run HPPSdr.exe from the download location on your computer.
- Once HP Print and Scan Doctor is open, click Start, and then choose your printer.
- If your printer is not listed, turn it on and click Retry.
- If there is a connection problem, follow the instructions in the tool.
- Click Fix Printing.
