Moved HP office jet pro 6968 to new house and it connects to my computer, but only prints yellow smudge on the printer test

Hi Thrussell,

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing difficulties. HP values all customers and regrets that you had this experience and inconvenience.

Assuming it works fine earlier with same printer and same set of cartridges installed before you move to new house. If you are encountering Cyan, Yellow ink cartridge issues, please contact HP Support here www.hp.com/contact to learn if your cartridge should be replaced under warranty.
